The platform offers the following vendor listing options:

- Professional Listing (Paid)
- Premium Listing (Paid)
Features and benefits may vary depending on the selected plan.
3. Vendor Information
Vendors must ensure that all information provided on the platform is:
- Accurate
- Up-to-date
- Legally compliant
Misleading or false information may result in listing removal.
4. Platform Usage
Users must not:
- post misleading or illegal content
- misuse of platform information
- spam or harass other users
Violation may lead to account suspension.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, website design, and platform materials belong to Top Interiors India and cannot be copied or reused without permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
Top Interiors India is not responsible for:
- vendor-client disputes
- financial losses
- project delays
- product/service issues
All transactions occur independently between vendors and clients.
7. Platform Updates
Top Interiors India reserves the right to modify:
- platform features
- listing plans
- pricing structures
- platform policies
without prior notice.
8. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of India, and disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Gujarat courts.
